Injury Update 1.

I'm excited to share that the healing is going very well.

Experiencing little to no swelling, and the crutches are gone as of 1/24/2024

Continuing to increase my workout load, as well as paying attention to

not over work it... As I tend to do.

A verse that has stuck by me in more recent times is James 1:2-4

As it states "Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters whenever you experience various trials, because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its full effect, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing." (James 1:2-4 CSB)

So often in life it's easy to get caught up in the small things right Infront of us and miss out on the bigger picture. it's hard to suffer! It's not much fun... But it's up to you whether you let your suffering propel you forward, or chain you back from moving forward.

God uses it all for his Glory. "Isaiah 55:11" promises that his word will never return void.
